Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully the booking rules below. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has contract value according to the Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all the other persons mentioned therein, including minors.
The prices displayed for the rooms are for one night and include the buffet breakfast.
To warrant your reservation you will be asked to provide us with your credit card number. No money will be withdrawn: you will pay for your stay when you arrive.
We might request a preauthorization to the circuit to which your card belongs.
You can send an availability request, we will answer you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can book online following the instructions on our website www.poderegiusti.it
We will send you a non-binding offer.
The reservation will be confirmed only after you receive our email showing the total price of the stay and after we receive your credit card number and expiration date as a warranty.
The reservation becomes binding only upon receiving a copy of the receipt of the payment of the deposit or upon receiving the credit card details on which to make the authorized withdrawal.

We will send you a confirmation email. Booking confirmation implies acceptance of our cancellation policy and deposit.
Upon arrival or the day before we will ask you to provide an identification document for each guest. To change your reservation, please call or write us and we will do everything we can to satisfy your request.
We request the details of a valid credit card within 3 days of booking confirmation. If said details are not provided, the reservation will be cancelled.
Accepted payment methods
Wire transfer and credit card.
The total of the reservation must be paid upon departure.
Giusti Farmhouse reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before the guest’s arrival by requesting a pre-authorization to the circuit to which it belongs.
With the pre-authorization we can check the temporary availability of the total or partial amount of the stay, to make sure that the credit card is valid. NO MONEY IS WITHDRAWN.
The pre-authorization expires automatically after 20 days from the request date or within a few hours if manually cancelled. In case of a failed pre-authorization the customer will be warned and the reservation will be canceled. In this case, we will have no obligation towards the customer.
Advance payment, non-refundable
If this special rate is chosen, the full amount will be charged on the credit card or requested by wire transfer.
In any case, the full amount is non refundable
Extension of stay
You can extend your stay based on availability, and you might be subject to rate changes.
Cancellations must be communicated by email.
If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 14 days before the date of arrival, you will not be charged an additional fee.
If you cancel or modify your reservation after this deadline, for stays up to 3 nights long, the cost of the first night for each room will be charged to the credit card provided to us as warranty.
For longer stays, 30% of the total amount of the reservation or the deposit will be withheld.
If you cancel your reservation 4 days or less before your arrival, you will be charged the full amount.
If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged 30% of the total amount or the deposit.
After the 30 days deadline and up to 5 days before arrival, you will be charged 70% of the total. If you cancel 5 days or less before your arrival you will be charged the full amount.
This cancellation policy is not valid for the non-refundable rate (in this case you will be charged in full at the time of the reservation and will not receive a refund if you cancel)
You will not receive a refund if, during your stay, you decide to depart before the departure date on your reservation.
In case of no show, we will withhold the deposit or we will charge the full amount to your credit card.
Cases of force majeure
We decline all liability for disruptions caused by outages, accidental damages to appliances or other causes of force majeure.
