OLIVE OIL

In the Middle Ages, monasteries and noble families cultivated olive groves, aiding in the widespread cultivation of olives throughout the country. During the Renaissance, olive oil became a cornerstone of the Italian economy and culture, maintaining its significance through the centuries. WINE
Chianti wine, a renowned red wine from the Tuscany region in Italy, holds a rich history dating back centuries. Typically made predominantly from Sangiovese grapes, Chianti is celebrated for its robust flavour profile, characterized by cherry and plum notes, balanced acidity, and a hint of earthiness. The wine often features a dry and medium to full-bodied structure, making it a versatile companion to a variety of dishes. Tuscan wines, beyond Chianti, encompass a diverse range of red and white varietals. The region's winemaking tradition is deeply rooted, and its wines are esteemed for their commitment to quality and terroir. Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot are prominent red grape varieties, while Vernaccia and Trebbiano are notable in white wines. Tuscan wines collectively capture the essence of the picturesque landscapes, blending tradition with innovation to produce wines that reflect the unique character of the region. We pride ourselves in caring for a young and well looked after vineyard, which produces red, white and vinsanto chianti wines.
HONEY
Naturally and organically produced honey is a genuine delight from nature. Bees, diligently collecting nectar from wildflowers and aromatic plants, create a product that is rich and pure. In this process, no pesticides or chemical substances interfere with honey production. This environmentally respectful practice not only preserves the health of bees but also imparts a unique flavor to the honey, reflecting the floral diversity of the region.
VEGETABLE GARDEN
Thanks to our raised garden beds and fruit trees, we aim to offer our guests the experience of Tuscan products with zero carbon footprint. Salads, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, aromatic herbs, and much more are available. Our guests can stroll through the garden, free to pick what they might need for their next pasta dish or salad. They can learn about all our products from our fantastic gardener, Giulio, or taste our crops directly within our lunch menu.
